It is a central location within Arcadia. It is noted for it's many factories and smelting facilities that were created by City Builders in ages past for an unknown reason. Rhun Industries has its headquarters here and much of the company's industrial power is based here as well. It has a permanent workforce living around it in skyscrapers furnished by the company, who owns a great deal of the residential area as well. It is also known for its population of City Builders which seem to enjoy the area, often spending what amounts to 'vacations' to them. They spend these 'vacations' building and making improvements to the areas around them, which strikes humans as odd, because that is what they do normally.
