During the Malzagirt-Flavian War, after the loss of the fortress Grenada and all of the southern Ashlan territories. Multiple fleets began to call themselves the Nilval Faction and staged a coup de tat against the admiralty lead by High Admiral Truhls. As a result, the Ashlan Empire became divided into two empires, the Western Ashlan Empire led by Nilval Lilty and the Eastern Ashlan Empire led by Roa Di Lilty under the control of Truhls.
Another child was born to Nilval during this time period by the name of Fang Di Lilty, this eased the Nilval Faction, who had decided against Roa Di Lilty succeeding her mother.
